Halloween 2008

Halloween this year was a lot of fun!!! The boys un-invited us to go trick or treating with them and told us we could just stay home and watch TV, yeah-right! If we where smart we would have went to a movie but we sat out on the porch and handed out candy and talked to all of the neighbors who came by. It was a lot of fun and the boys had a great time out on their own. Here are some pictures of the night.
Garrett makes a really cute girl!! So this is what our daughter would have looked like if we had one :) Odds of being blond is slim though.

Gage was a gangster.....He sure looks old with facial hair :) He wanted to be a clown but nothing was scary enough for him so we changed our costume all together.

LAGOON

On Sunday the 18th we went to Lagoon for the day. It was perfect weather and the day was a lot of fun for everyone. Gage loves all of the rides and is not afraid of anything!!! Garrett is still a little freaked out about the Colossus and Wicked -dont blaim him about wicked...it is way fun but yes it is a bit scary. I love everythin but the rocket - I hate that one the most and rode it by mistake about 12 years ago...thanks to Matt liying to me. I cryed and had a panic attack, I am surprised I still dated him after that mean trick. I still think I have a little hate towars him for that :) Here are a few pictures of our great time....

Gage and Mom's night out

Tonight Gage and I got to go out and spend some time together. Matt went to the cabin to do some wiring with Russ and the guys and Garrett went with Bubba for his birthday. We went to fat cats and went bowling but had a slow start at catching on to how those stupid pins where supposed to fall over. Gage was pretty discouraged at first but got a few really good balls thrown. The best part to him was the arcade but I thought his shoes where way HOT!!!




I am pretty sure I won but trust me that is rare!! Gage was mad because he didn't throw it perfect every time (I am positive he has Matt's temper).

















After we where done at the bowling alley we went to get an ice cream at our favorite place.....COLDSTONE!!!! Gage got his usual; Cotton Candy and I got mine; chocolate with yellow cake and the other half sweet cream, YUMMY! As we ate our ice cream we drove around S.F. and they had the street decorated with fun Halloween stuff. We decided (well i decided) to take some pictures with them. We had a good laugh and people driving by thought we where crazy, they where right.





















We had a lot of fun acting crazy and I think I found me a boyfriend that knows how to cook!!!










I also got to meet Gage's new girlfriend...don't tell him but I think she can be a witch sometimes!!!



I even ran into one of my friends there, we are really close!!!




We had a great time together and time went by really fast. We got done with the pictures and decided we better get some food (ice cream to me is considered food). So we stopped at Carl's Jr. for Gage to get a burger. When we got home I told him that we where going to take Molly to the vet to get her "fixed" in a couple of weeks. Well that opened up a whole new can of worms.....or should I say sperms!!! He started asked THE QUESTIONS and to make a long story short we ended up having "THE TALK". It was pretty low key but he may have lost his appetite for a minute but quickly got it back.


I drew a little picture to explain to him the whole process.......Now no laughing, I have never claimed to be an artist I can barley draw a stick figure!! Gage was quickly crossing it out as I was trying to take a picture.

Time just fly's!!!

I was just looking at some of the photos on my computer when I noticed how much my boys have changed. The grow up so fast and I didn't even notice...how does that happen??? Well here are a few pictures of then and now so you can see for yourself. In a way it makes me very sad to think these pictures are only a three year difference!!!
